Description
The Program Services Clinical Coordinator coordinates the development and implementation of services, case management, and treatments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The role assesses referred clients, develops and monitors service plans, schedules medical and dental appointments, supports behavior intervention and training plans, maintains client and contractor records, assists with regulatory and certification activities, and may manage after-hours client calls.
