Children's Choice is hiring a Program Coordinator in Chester, Pennsylvania, to facilitate adoption work and permanent legal custody with foster parents and foster children. The role supervises approximately 10 caseworkers, manages the office, oversees resource parent re-evaluations, and manages child files. Candidates must have a master's degree in social work or a related field, prior foster-care and child-services experience, prior SWAN permanency experience, at least two consecutive years of supervisory experience, and the ability to obtain child-abuse and criminal clearances.
