Description
The JPI Group is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to support an energy-efficiency workforce development program in Michigan. The role coordinates participant recruitment, enrollment, training, employer and contractor engagement, job placement, data management, reporting, and outreach activities; maintains records and communications; and supports workforce and capacity assessments. It is a hybrid position based in Grand Rapids with potential statewide travel, and requires an associate or bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and current Michigan residency.
