The role manages day-to-day program operations, coordinates events, trainings, groups, and off-site services, maintains case files and reporting, helps recruit internships and job placements, and provides supervision and shelter coverage. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or 60 college credits/associate's degree with relevant adult education or social service experience, strong interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
