Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Program Coordinator for its Johnson County program. The role coordinates daily operations, participant intake and enrollment, case documentation, multidisciplinary service planning, advocacy, crisis intervention, and reporting while supporting youth and families in home, school, and community settings. The position works up to 20 hours per week, may require evenings and weekends, and pays $21 per hour. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but applicants with 2–5 years of experience may be considered; experience managing personnel and budgets is required, and bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred.
