Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to support the Hillsborough County program and Program Director. The role coordinates program operations, contract compliance, service delivery, participant intake and referrals, documentation, and advocacy services for youth and families. It requires at least one year of experience managing personnel or budgets, experience with home and community-based services and at-risk youth, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, along with EHR and bilingual Spanish-Spanish experience. The position offers an annual salary of $45,000 and medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
