Lifespan is hiring a full-time A-MDT Coordinator to help organize and launch up to five county-based Augmented Multidisciplinary Teams in the Finger Lakes region, including Monroe, Livingston, and three additional counties. The role coordinates community, professional, and governmental networks; facilitates meetings; provides case consultations; manages intake, triage, and follow-up for adult abuse cases; collects and reports data; and may present at conferences. The position is based in Rochester, New York or a surrounding county, requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, at least two years of human services experience, and does not involve direct client interaction.
