Description
The Program Coordinator - Beef will coordinate technical and commercial activities for beef programs, lead and develop the technical team, build relationships with clients and strategic partners, monitor program performance, prepare management reports, and deliver training and knowledge-sharing events. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science, availability to reside in Uberaba, Minas Gerais, and knowledge of technical and commercial indicator analysis; postgraduate study in animal reproduction, genetics, or a related field is preferred, as are experience with beef cattle genetic improvement, team management, client development, and rural producer relationships.
