Description
The Program Coordinator - Central Medical Student Coordination serves as HealthPartners’ central operational hub for medical student and related learner education. The role is split between 50% REACH LIC coordination—managing schedules, onboarding, recruitment, offboarding, curricular logistics, tracking, reporting, and program communications—and 50% system-level coordination across schools, departments, sites, and academic partners. Responsibilities include compliance and accreditation reporting, learner capacity planning, academic partner relationships, operational escalation support, and improvement of the learner and preceptor experience. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination, 3–5 years of relevant program coordination or healthcare operations experience, and familiarity with medical education operations, multi-site programs, and project management.
