Description
The Program Coordinator - Central Medical Student Coordination serves as HealthPartners’ central operational hub for medical student and related learner education. The role is split between 50% REACH LIC coordination and 50% system-wide central student coordination, covering schedules, onboarding, recruitment, offboarding, tracking, evaluations, reporting, compliance, academic partner relationships, capacity planning, and learner and preceptor experience improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination, 3–5 years of relevant program coordination or healthcare operations experience, and familiarity with medical education operations, multi-site programs, accreditation workflows, and project management.
