Help Group is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor in Palmdale to lead the Intensive Day Treatment Program serving transition-age youth and adults. The role oversees clinical and administrative operations, compliance, staffing, supervision, service delivery, quality assurance, data management, and community partnerships. Candidates need a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy, LCSW/LMFT/LPCC licensure, two years of post-licensure clinical supervision experience, two years of direct service experience with TAY or adult populations, and two years of supervisory or program management experience.
