Edconic is hiring a permanent, full-time Program Coordinator, Collegiate Programs in New York to support the planning, delivery, and operations of collegiate programs across Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Vogue College of Fashion, and the School of the New York Times. The role coordinates logistics, site visits, faculty and guest-speaker support, student communications and welfare, materials and systems, budgets, and program events, with on-site work during program delivery and occasional evening or weekend availability. The position pays $24 per hour and requires administrative experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least two years of relevant administrative or program-support experience.
