Pacific Coast Children's Resources is hiring a Community Inclusion Program Coordinator to operate and manage assigned community-inclusion programs, recruit and supervise C.I. employees, develop and monitor Individualized Service Plans, support crisis response and respite, maintain regulatory and payroll records, and collaborate with Home Share Coordinators. The role requires a post-secondary diploma, management training, at least three years of community-inclusion or related experience or two years of managerial experience, a Class 5 driver's license, computer and confidentiality skills, and current First-Aid and CPR Level C certification. Compensation is $35.82–$41.13 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
