United Way of Rhode Island is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator, Community Outreach to develop and implement outreach programs, engage community members and social-service partners, provide direct assistance with SNAP applications and resource navigation, track outreach data, and drive and maintain a 29-foot outreach RV across Rhode Island. The role requires experience in one-on-one counseling or short-term case management and social services or community outreach, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with Microsoft 365, Asana, and CRM platforms, and occasional night or weekend work. The position offers a salary of $48,750 to $72,000, healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, retirement matching, and other benefits.
