VON Canada is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for its Community Support Services in Espanola, Ontario. The role supports program managers, coordinates day-to-day operations, assesses client needs, develops and evaluates program plans, manages volunteers and staff, maintains client and community-partner relationships, tracks program results, supports budgets and reporting, and participates in safety and emergency activities. The position requires a post-secondary diploma in health or social science, 2–3 years of related community and health-based care experience, a personal vehicle, driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a satisfactory criminal records check. The schedule is days, biweekly for 75 hours, with no on-call requirement, and pays CAD 24.18–25.69 per hour.
