VON Canada is hiring a full-time Community Support Services Coordinator in Ontario. The role supports managers and coordinates day-to-day community support program operations, including client assessment, program planning, volunteer and staff coordination, client and partner engagement, budgeting, reporting, disaster drills, and compliance with quality, safety, and confidentiality requirements. The position requires a post-secondary diploma in health or social science, 2–3 years of related community and health-based care experience, and a personal vehicle with a driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
