The Program Coordinator, C.R.E.A.T.E will oversee and manage the UPO/YSD elementary out-of-school-time program for kindergarten through fifth grade, including site operations, logistics, parent workshops, staff supervision, participant records, safety standards, reporting, recruitment, and transportation. The role requires an associate degree in a relevant field, at least five years of youth experience in a school setting, a current D Class driver’s license, and a clean driving record. It is a full-time regular position with a 37.5-hour workweek, a $60,000–$67,000 salary range, and health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and paid holiday benefits.
