The Arc Westchester is hiring a Program Coordinator to supervise and manage a site and community-based day program for adults with developmental disabilities in Mt. Kisco, New York. The role leads service delivery and staff, supports participants toward community employment, ensures regulatory compliance, runs day-habilitation planning meetings, and prepares reports. A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and at least one year of I/DD experience are required; supervisory experience and OPWDD knowledge are preferred. The position requires the ability to travel in the community with a personal vehicle and offers competitive benefits.
