Pasco County is hiring a Program Coordinator - Economic Growth to support the Office of Economic Growth with project and program management, contract review and compliance tracking, financial and budget analysis, and administration of small-business and commercial redevelopment programs. The role coordinates loan and grant applications, underwriting reviews, program records, compliance reports, KPIs, and external customer outreach, and requires knowledge of small-business lending, credit analysis, loan documentation, and commercial redevelopment. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a related field, two years of relevant project management, contract compliance, business development, marketing, or related experience, and a valid Florida driver's license; two years of small-business lending experience is preferred.
