Description
The Program Coordinator will deliver and supervise comprehensive Person-Centered Service Plans for individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based services, including day habilitation, employment, and autism waiver services. The role schedules and directly supervises Direct Support Professionals and job coaches, guides and mentors staff, supports implementation of service plans, resolves individual and staff issues, and builds relationships with individuals, families, and agencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, DD modules completion, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; preferred qualifications include experience supervising and modifying education or habilitation plans and supporting vocational and employment skills.
