Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts (BBBSEM) is seeking a Program Coordinator for girls-specific programming. This role involves leading weekly in-person programming for high school, workplace, and group mentoring initiatives, fostering positive youth development. Key responsibilities include program delivery, matching support and case management, administrative tasks, and intern management. The coordinator will build relationships with partners, recruit mentors, document progress, conduct surveys, and contribute to program strategy.
