Arisa Health is hiring a full-time, exempt Program Coordinator in Forrest City to provide clinical and administrative leadership within a behavioral health facility. The role supervises assigned staff, supports daily operations, maintains relationships with internal and external partners, and participates in relevant meetings. Candidates need a master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, a current Arkansas independent LPC or LCSW license, at least two years of mental health facility experience, leadership and communication skills, organizational and computer skills including Excel, and a current driver's license. Preferred experience includes leadership in a behavioral health setting.
