Description

Heartland Family Service is hiring a Program Coordinator for its Housing Sanctuary team. The role oversees community-based advocacy and supportive housing programming, including outreach, training, crisis stabilization shelter support, survivor advocacy, staff supervision, policy development, reporting, and coordination with law enforcement and domestic violence and sexual assault services. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of social-services or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and on-site work with in-town travel; management experience and Microsoft Office experience are preferred. The schedule is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional rotating on-call coverage as needed.
