Rutgers University–Camden is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator I for its CCR&R Administrative Department to serve as a Quality Improvement Specialist in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties. The role plans and implements the NJ Quality Rating and Improvement System and Grow NJ Kids, recruits and enrolls programs, and provides technical assistance and coaching to early care and education providers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, experience with structured classroom observation tools, knowledge of New Jersey early-learning standards, and strong communication and organizational skills. The salary range is $59,893.48 to $87,925.48, with a hybrid work arrangement possible under Rutgers’ flexible-work policy.
