The role collaborates with a Program Manager on supervision, scheduling, program planning, training, staffing, budgeting, emergency preparedness, compliance, and reporting. It requires a post-secondary diploma in a human or social services field, management training, at least three years of experience including one year of supervisory or administrative experience, and several certifications and licenses. The position may require an on-call rotation and offers $35.82–$41.13 per hour plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
