The Fedcap Group is hiring a Program Coordinator II in Chantilly, Virginia, to oversee direct support professionals across Group Day, Group Supported Employment, and Community Inclusion programs. The role manages scheduling, training, compliance, individualized rehabilitation and person-centered plans, interdisciplinary meetings, vendor and stakeholder relationships, program development, community outreach, and regulatory reporting. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license; a bachelor’s degree or coursework in a related field is preferred. The position pays $24.00–$26.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
