Description
The Program Coordinator II oversees direct support professionals across Group Day, Group Supported Employment, and Community Inclusion programs. The role manages scheduling, training, compliance, individualized rehabilitation and person-centered plans, interdisciplinary team meetings, vendor and stakeholder relationships, program development, community outreach, audits, and regulatory reporting. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in vocational, residential, or recreational programs, customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license with fewer than six points. The position pays $24.00–$26.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
