Montana State University is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator II for its Health Professions Resource Center. The role provides high-level customer service, student advising, administrative support, academic policy guidance, student-data management, graduation audits, and coordination with campus advising and support units. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, progressively responsible customer-service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and computer proficiency; a master’s degree and higher-education advising experience are preferred. The position pays $21.99 per hour and is not eligible for new sponsorship.
