Description
ERC Pathlight is hiring a Program Coordinator to provide direct care, supervision, milieu support, meal support, group facilitation, documentation, and patient transportation for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role may be assigned to local sites and requires availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Program Coordinator I requires a high school diploma or GED; Program Coordinator II requires one year of direct patient care experience; Program Coordinator III requires a behavioral health degree and six months of related experience. Compensation is $22.40–$31 per hour in Washington, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, retirement, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
