ERC Pathlight is hiring Program Coordinators at levels I, II, and III to provide direct care and supervision to patients in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. The role manages the therapeutic milieu, supports de-escalation and coping skills, facilitates groups, provides meal support, documents care, and assists with transportation and facility needs. Program Coordinators must work across assigned local sites, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts, with requirements varying by level from a high school diploma or GED to a behavioral health bachelor’s degree and six months of experience. The Washington pay range is $22.40–$31, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
