Amazon Japan’s Outbound Central Flow Operations Team is hiring a Program Coordinator to support programs that standardize and simplify outbound shipping operations across fulfillment centers. The role coordinates with operations teams, supports data collection and analysis, prepares shipping-quality reports and presentations, and helps establish consistent operational mechanisms. It is a calendar-shift position with no weekends, holidays, or night shifts, and work locations are in Meguro, Tokyo; Ome-shi, Tokyo; and Odawara-shi, Kanagawa. Required qualifications include business-level Japanese proficiency, quantitative data analysis and continuous improvement experience, SQL and Python, intermediate Excel, and foundational statistics; English proficiency, process-improvement experience, communication skills, stakeholder coordination, and generative-AI or Excel-VBA experience are preferred.
