Description
The Program Coordinator, Outreach manages the day-to-day operations of Trinity’s Compassion Market, Compassion Space, Commons programming, Street Outreach, and Compassion Wellness and Referral Programs. The role coordinates programming, schedules spaces, develops partnerships, manages vendors and supplies, supports budgeting, maintains reports, and provides direct supervision to Program Assistants, interns, and volunteers. It requires a bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant paid or volunteer experience, at least three years of program coordination experience, and at least three years working or volunteering with youth and families in nonprofit or community-based settings. The salary is $78,600 to $89,500, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
