Description
The Program Coordinator plans, manages, and supervises developmentally appropriate School-Age Childcare programs and summer camp programs across multiple YMCA sites. The role supports curriculum development, budget monitoring, staff recruitment and supervision, regulatory compliance, safety, community partnerships, and special projects. It requires 2–4 years of youth development experience, prior SACC and camp experience, a driver’s license, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification or certification within 90 days. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday in Montclair, Verona, and Bloomfield, New Jersey, with an hourly pay rate of $21.00–$22.00.
