Consumer Direct Care Network is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator Supervisor in Austin, Texas, for a remote/hybrid role. The supervisor will oversee Medicaid client caseloads, intake and referral processes, in-home care coordination, client assessments, home visits, reporting, compliance, project leadership, staff training, and client advocacy. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly are preferred; the role may require flexible or extended hours and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
