Housing Works is hiring a Program Coordinator to provide programmatic and clinical leadership for its Lirio supportive congregate housing program. The role oversees regulatory compliance, supervises Housing Case Managers and related staff, reviews assessments and service plans, supports housing stability and crisis intervention, coordinates multidisciplinary meetings, maintains resident records, and develops community activities. The position requires a Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent degree, is 100% on-site at the program, and requires travel throughout New York City.
