Description

The Welding Program Coordinator will organize and lead faculty, administer welding programs, monitor student learning, tailor course materials, and support students in developing employable skills. Responsibilities include instructional delivery, student service, subject-matter expertise, faculty management and mentoring, and program administration. The role requires at least five years of recent welding experience, proficiency in GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and Plasma, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency; post-secondary classroom teaching and leadership experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
