BrightPath is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to lead a new short-term crisis stabilization home serving youth on disability or CADI waivers. The role combines direct care, medication and healthcare coordination, care-plan and documentation management, interdisciplinary team participation, staff training, compliance, and household operations.
