Marrakech is hiring Program Counselors, also identified as Direct Support Professionals (DSP), for full-time and part-time residential group-home work in Marrakech, Terryville, Connecticut. The role supports individuals with developmental and physical disabilities through daily living assistance, medical support, behavior plans, community engagement, and overnight safety checks. A high school diploma or GED, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and the ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid are required; prior disability-support experience is helpful but not required, and paid training is provided. Pay is $19.28 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for DDS Medication Certification, and benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, leave, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees.
