Edconic is hiring a Program Counselor for its 2026 Pre-College Healthcare Academy in Rochester, Minnesota. This live-in, residential-life role supports students through orientation, room checks, incident documentation, conflict mediation, programming, and referrals to health resources. The position works primarily in the afternoons and evenings, requires a bachelor’s degree or current enrollment, at least one year of residential-life experience, CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, and two references.
