Helping Hand is hiring a Program Curriculum Coordinator to assess learning needs and develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain person-centered curriculum for adult programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role also trains and coaches team members, collaborates with program and clinical stakeholders, maintains curriculum documentation and outcome data, and supports program improvement. It is an on-site, Monday-Friday, 40-hour-per-week position with a salary of $60,000–$63,000 per year, bonus potential, retirement matching, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
