CAE USA is hiring an Integrated Readiness Manager to lead hardware development, subcontract operations, manufacturing, deployment readiness, program execution, and operational performance across defense and security programs. The role coordinates Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and customers; manages budgets, staffing, labor forecasts, supplier performance, quality compliance, and continuous improvement; and develops managers and technical professionals. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, DoD security clearance eligibility, and the ability to work in an office and manufacturing facility, including overtime and on-call availability.
