Description
The Administrative Staff Analyst will support the Program Delivery Manager in managing the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of traffic signal projects from completed design through final completion. The role monitors delivery pacing, coordinates work across multiple concurrent contracts and contractors, identifies conflicts and interdependencies, maintains program-level trackers and dashboards, and recommends process and resource improvements. The position requires either permanent service in the Administrative Staff Analyst title or successful completion of Open Competitive Administrative Staff Analyst Exam #9058, along with a relevant degree and the specified professional experience.
