Description
The Program Design Manager leads complex programs from initial concept through engineering completion and handoff to execution. Serving as the primary client-facing design lead, the role defines requirements, develops design solutions, manages schedules and risks, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and ensures alignment between design intent, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and construction. The position requires substantial experience in engineering, preconstruction, or general/MEP contracting, along with knowledge of ETO, Design-Build, mission-critical, and integrated project delivery models.
