Description
Hawthorne Foundation Inc. is hiring a Behavioral Analyst to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in a day-habilitation community program. The role reviews assessments and life plans, conducts functional behavior assessments, develops and implements behavior support plans, trains and supervises staff, monitors compliance with regulations and electronic health records, and oversees individualized outcomes. A master’s degree in Education or Behavior Psychology is preferred, along with OPWDD experience, a Registered Behavior Technician credential or three-month path to obtaining one, and ABA knowledge.
