Abilities First is hiring a full-time Program Developer to facilitate the transition of adults with disabilities into competitive, community-based employment. The role develops and maintains employer relationships, conducts assessments and intake, coordinates referrals and employment outcomes, supports transitions to extended services, and transports participants as needed. The position pays $18.41 to $20.41 per hour for a 40-hour workweek and includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, at least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a vocational setting, and a current New York State driver's license; one year of sales and marketing experience is preferred.
