The Program Director manages and oversees an assigned residential program for individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. The role provides direct supervision to the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff, oversees staffing, clinical coordination, medication administration, regulatory compliance, budgets, reporting, healthcare services, and family and community stakeholder engagement. It requires an associate’s degree in a related human services field, at least one year of social service or human services experience, and at least one year of supervisory or management experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position works in residential programs, community locations, and office settings, requires a valid driver’s license, and offers a salary of 60,000–73,000.
