LifeWise Academy is hiring a part-time program director to lead and grow a local community program focused on Bible education for students. The role centers on building relationships with school leaders, parents, churches, and community members; coordinating fundraising and donor stewardship; recruiting and supporting team members; and managing program operations such as communication, scheduling, enrollment, budgeting support, and compliance with school and organizational policies. The position is non-exempt hourly, requires some daytime availability during school hours plus occasional evenings and weekends, and offers a retirement plan with employer match.
