LifeWise Academy is hiring a part-time Program Director to lead and grow a local community-based released time religious instruction program for public school students. The role focuses on building relationships with school leaders, parents, churches, and community members; coordinating fundraising, donor stewardship, and outreach; recruiting and supporting team members; and managing day-to-day program operations such as communication, scheduling, enrollment, budgeting, and compliance. The position requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and community engagement skills, with helpful experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination, or community engagement.
