CBEM is hiring a Program Director in Ukiah, California to lead its Critical Intervention Team serving Ukiah and surrounding communities. The role oversees day-to-day operations, supervises and mentors staff, manages budgets and performance reviews, liaises with the Redwood Coast Regional Center, and ensures quality client services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The position requires a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, along with 3+ years of team management experience and knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and developmental disabilities.
