The Director of Community Engagement and Outreach Initiatives serves as program director for the Black Congregations Resource Center’s Preaching Project Compelling Preaching Initiative at Howard University School of Divinity. The role provides administrative management and strategic direction, supports grant and program outcomes, coordinates outreach and events, maintains a congregations database, identifies donor opportunities, and collaborates with faculty, staff, alumni, clergy, and community partners. It requires a bachelor’s and master’s degree, relevant executive-level administrative experience, and offers a salary range of $65,000 to $69,000.
